Orders are shipped in 1-2 weeks. Your card will be billed at the time of shipment.
Shipping is calculated based on weight. $1.95 basic charge plus 40 cents for each ounce.
As a service to our customers, if the actual shipping & handling cost is less than the amount calculated by our online store, we will reduce the amount of shipping charged.
Standard Shipping (US Only):
We ship by United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail.
Shipping charges will be added to your order total.
International shipping is available. Shipping will be charged at cost and will be processed through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested.
International shipping is not automatically calculated in our online store. If you would like a shipping estimate before you place your order, please Contact Us. International delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
If you order online with a credit card, your card will not be charged until your order is filled and preparing to ship. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
If you prefer to pay by check, please email your order to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can confirm that we have your order quantity in stock. We will hold your order for 2 weeks to allow time for a check to be mailed. We will give you the mailing address when we confirm that your order quantity is available. Please make all checks payable to "The Artist's Palette."
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not share any of your personal information with third parties for any reason (except those necessary to process your payment). Your credit card will only be charged for strictly authorized purchases. We do on occasion email our customers with updates and news. If you prefer not to receive these emails, please let us know and we will remove your email from the list (email@example.com), or you may reply to any message sent.
Returns & Exchanges
Our order form uses SSL encryption to ensure that your credit card number is protected. Your personal information is handled with the strictest of confidence, and never shared for any reason.
We stand firmly behind all of our products and wish to provide the best quality possible. All of our items are guaranteed without time limit against defect. If for any reason you have a problem with your order and would like to request a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defective Items: At your request we will be happy to provide either a full refund or an exchange for any product currently available of similar value.
Other Items: Items returned for a reason other than defect may be returned within 90 days for a full refund (less shipping) or exchanged for any product currently available of similar value.

Patterns and Italian Charms are available at discounted-bulk prices for those qualified to purchase wholesale. To qualify to purchase wholesale you must be a retail store and must provide a Federal Tax ID number when ordering. Please see our Wholesale Site.

On rare occasion some items may be backordered. If this is the case, we will ship the available portion of your order right away. The remaining backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. You will not incur any additional shipping charges.
